Helpful program files and utilities by Yorn, the programming wizard:
Actually, he's just learning Visual Basic 6.0 so take it easy on him. If you'd like to meet with Yorn in person, he can be found as either Yorn or Gargbane on Everquest's torvonnilous virtual world.
These files sometimes require certail .DLL and .OCX files that come with Visual Basic 6.0. Since these files aready exist on most systems and can be downloaded elsewhere, we haven't included them here. If you have problems running the applications, try downloading the requested .DLL libraries or install Visual Basic 6.0. Most of these also contain source code:
Tides of Destiny 22.7K
This web browser also has a date planner & popup killer. Clicking on the house icon brings up to the Tides of Destiny online guild forum. Zip file includes source code so you can use Visual Basic 6.0 to make changes to it if you want.
Destiny Editor 31.2K
This is the same program as above except that we've dropped in the Microsoft DHTMLEdit component example web editor right into our own code so this one actually lets you WYSIWYG edit web pages. Sorry, no source available until I can figure out where it went on my hard drive!
File Dragon 9.95K
Drag-and-drop files onto File Dragon and it displays a list of full paths and files names. Very handy alongside windows find files feature for generating lists of .bmp files, for example. Documented source included.
Destiny5 Screen Saver 62.2K
A screensaver that displays screen captures from your EverQuest directory. Can be easily configured to use other directories and even can display different types of pictures, such as .wmf, .jpg & .gif, etc. Zip also contains source code and some additional documentation.
A versatile image viewer with drag and drop functionality that's easier to use than the one that comes with WinME. Allows you to stretch images every which way. The simple, intuitive interface makes it my choice of viewers and why not? I programmed it! Source code included.
Free animation demo. Once this werewolf gets loose on your desktop there's no way to stop him other than end-task.
